School Leadership Alliance is hiring because we are reaching our capacity and are looking for the next members of our team. Because we care about building a team of highly effective people who trust, respect, and enjoy one another and our clientele, it is our intention to co-create positions with the people who will fill them around their existing and desired strengths. For that reason, there are not specific job titles or descriptions. This opportunity is one where you can dream big about the work you want to do.
School Leadership Alliance is all about helping school districts create impactful leadership development plans and initiatives to increase the capacity of their leaders. It is a combination of mostly on-site client work, virtual collaborations, and remote asynchronous work, allowing for great flexibility.
Our vision is to assist every school district and school building to have a strong and effective leader. We do this through:
a) curating a collection of high-quality resources, and
b) assisting with effective strategic planning, quality execution, and meaningful evaluation to effectively develop school leaders.
Building a strong and effective team here at School Leadership Alliance is critical to us so that we can continue to grow and develop in how we meaningfully deliver value to school leaders. Because of this, while we are judicious about how quickly we grow the team, we are open to connecting with those interested in working with us for both current and future opportunities!
